There are construction companies in Cuba that are prone to ‘losing’ their supplies. One of them was my local state carpentry. Taking advantage of my relationship with the watchman I obtained an agreed upon amount of wood from the carpentry and used it to build a watch-post to be located within the gates of the very same establishment. The watch-post was placed in a zone suitable for surveying and preventing thefts and actions similar in nature to the one I accomplished in order to create this watch-post. The post is being used by the same watchman who allowed me to ‘borrow’ the planks of wood in the first place, as well as by other unknowing guards.
